The Ray of Light: Episode 2
In my last post on street lights, I pointed out the reason of not having lights at street.Now, in this post, I am trying to find (!) out the reasons of lighting in the day time!
I don't know how the system runs, but I didn't find any necessity to lit street lights that time as it was only early afternoon!
Do you suggest me a good explanation for that?
Or it's another lacking of Sense and... you know!!
