Living "Under Construction"
Dhaka is having an edifice every now and then! For residential or commercial, every purpose may fit in. But the increasing number of high-rise buildings are on. And funnily, they are never left empty.Like the one in the picture, many buildings, which are yet to be completed, have residents! I don't know who should I blame, the authority or the residents?
Aren't they aware of the risks and their property values? Or they just don't care like everything else?
