I don't know what it takes to cross the roads using the over bridges!This mother was crossing a busy road with her kids over looking the over bridge! Is that time it takes is more valuable than the kids' lives?
On the other hand, passer-by complain that over-bridges are not at all safe for them to walk!
These bridges are the den of anti-socials!
